"You don't learn style from watching people on a runway. Fashion happens every morning when you wake up."

Hello loves I hope this post finds you doing and feeling well! I know I usually post earlier in the week but I'm currently away on business and have been swamped with work since Sunday evening. While I have tons of things to share with you I only have an hour to get this post done, grab some lunch and get to my next meeting.
In reviewing several runway looks for the Spring I noticed a heavy presence of vibrant Floral prints in several designer shows for 2015. Although I’ve never really been into floral prints per say I have to admit I was more than impressed with the use of floral print textiles by several designers. So much so I reached deep down into my fabric arsenal and pulled out this fabulous medium weight print I purchased last year for my next couple of projects.
Today I’m sharing my take on the low-rise flare leg pant using this quick easy Butterick pattern that’s great for all skill levels and easy to whip up in a pinch! I inserted an invisible zipper in the back and eliminated one set of darts on either side to achieve a better fit. For all you lovelies who have been blessed in the hip area I would definitely suggest you check the fit/sizing should you decided to use a fabric with little to no ease. Well family that’s going to do it for me today! I hope you enjoy the post and have a fabulous rest of the week!
Big Hugs
