“She who leaves a trail of sparkle is never forgotten.”

Happy hump day loves I’m here and ready to share my sparkle with you today! I woke up early this morning to ensure I had enough time to take a few pictures and post my latest sequined look here on the blog for my sewing loves. I’ve been so busy at work lately that I haven’t had the time or energy to sew like I want but I’m happy to report I finally made it through and the results are pretty cool if I say so myself.
Working with sequined fabric is more than a notion and definitely requires plenty of patience. I would of course recommend trying smaller easier projects first if you’ve never worked with sequined fabric before. The prep work required to create a professional grade sequin garment can be quite cumbersome especially for a newbie sewer. It’s important that you take your time not only choosing the type of project you want to do but that you also pay careful attention to the type of sequined fabric you ultimately decide to use.
After working with three different types of sequined fabric over the past couple of weeks I’ve definitely developed my own opinion on the matter and plan to share my thoughts with you soon during my next Video/DIY scope. In the meantime here are a few pics for you to check out of my latest Midnight Blue Holiday creation. I hope this along with my previous sequin looks inspire you to add a little SPARKLE to your Holiday season. Until next time loves I hope you all have a fabulously creative rest of the week.
Hugs
