Maybe it’s not always about trying to fix something broken. Maybe it’s about starting over and creating something BETTER!

Good morning and happy Tuesday sewing loves! I’m so thrilled to be back here at my second home sharing with all of you today. Last week I took some time away from everything (or at least everything with regard to social media& sewing) in order to spend some real quality time with my family. It was an awesome week that not only afforded me some much needed one on one time with my hubby and the kiddo’s but also some down time just for me. I didn’t realize just how much I needed that time but I did and while I missed sewing and sharing with all of you it was something I really needed to do.
Anyhoo I’m back now sew family and I have some exciting news to kick this week off with! As you know my husband and I added a huge studio to the back of my house that would afford me the space I need to take my game (blog, videos/DIY recording, sewing, finishing my clothing line etc.) to the next level. However after having it built I soon realized there was still quite a bit of work that needed to be done in order to make it a nice workable space. So as I shared pics of my vision and what I wanted to do with all of you my hubby and dad worked hard to make it all happen for me. While I’m grateful for all their hard work I will admit that the wait was truly painful! LOLLLL I wanted to get in there so bad but they refused to let me in until it was done!
I'm happy to report that as of Saturday my wait is over!! I’m currently in the process of moving into my new DIGS! WOOOHOOO! Now my husband says there's still a little touch up work that needs to be done around the electrical outlets and what not but they will simply have to work around me because I’m moving in ! LOL That being said yesterday was my official move-in day and when I tell you I have so much to do, I truly have TONS to do. Who knew I had so much stuff SHEESH! I’m working hard to cut back on the clutter and to get rid of the things I can live without. I’m trying my best to complete everything this week but going up and down those stairs in my house is killing me! LOLLL I hope you enjoy what I have to share thus far and I promise to keep you all posted!
Hugs
Shari
