“Perfection is not attainable, but if we chase perfection we can catch excellence.”

Hey family it’s hump day! Unfortunately I’ve been so busy that I didn’t realize half the work week was almost over! Since this week doesn’t show any signs of slowing down for me I have to make this post really short and sweet. I have a ton of things going on right now and I’m just praying that I don’t forget when and where I’m supposed to be! LOLLL
Many of you have heard me talk about creating my line of clothing/patterns here on the blog and I’m happy to report that I’m fully engulfed in the process of making it happen right NOW. While I hired several people to help with this process it unfortunately didn’t turn out as I would have liked. With that being said it’s pretty hard to work full time stay on top of the pattern making (yes from scratch by myself) and sew several pieces for the blog. So I’ve decided to give you a sneak peek into what I’m doing throughout the process in order to keep my sew family in the loop.
Trust me I will have more fabulous sewing projects and DIY’s to share soon but this week (and possibly the next) I have to devote to getting these patterns done! I want to thank you in advance for your patience and for hanging in there with me during this busy time. Just know that anything worth having is worth working hard for! I simply want to bring you the best of what I have to offer and that is going to require quite a bit of my time. So Stay tuned for more updates and I promise it will all be worth the wait!
Hugs
Shari
The Pattern pieces should really be on Oaktag paper once you go the trueing process but I got to excited and wanted to see if I was on the money or not! LOLLLL
I'm so impatient I had to pin the pattern pieces to the dress form just to see if I was on the right track! LOL
Wait until you see the bottom of this creation it's going to be FABULOUS! LOLL
