"Never Throw Away What You Can Use TODAY!"
~Me~
Happy Wednesday Threaders I hope you're having a wonderfully creative week thus far. You may recall me recently discussing my love for a fabulous grey knit fabric I have in my stash that I used for one of my previous projects. As luck would have it I held on to some of the usable leftover scraps just in case I thought of something else I squeeze out of it.
For those of you that are just getting to know me, you'll soon discover I'm not one to throw away fabric scraps especially when I have enough to squeeze another garment out of it. Yes I believe in using it all until there is nothing left but tiny useless scraps; even then it's difficult for me to throw away. Hmmmmm does that make me as a hoarder of some sorts? LOL Oh well if it does I accept that title! Anyhoo for sometime I've been meaning to make a loose fitting strapless jumper for an upcoming trip but didn't want to use any of my new fabric just yet. The great thing is I remembered this fabulous left over knit from my previous project and decided to experiment with this jumper idea.
As luck would have it, there was just enough to make it all happen. This jumper is so simple to make and only takes about an hour to finish. Yes I know it's grey not your ideal color for summer but its so lightweight that it works anyway! At least for me it does! LOLLL Have an awesome rest of the day family catch you next time.
Hugs
The top self drafted and the bottoms you can use McCalls 6083 or New Look 6291!
