Happy Friday Threaders! I'm officially on graduation countdown now and it’s getting really close. I’ve been running around like a woman with her head cut off with very little time to get my sewing projects done. Oh if there were more hours in the day to squeeze it all in! I did however carve out a little time to get the jumpsuit done that I'll be sharing with you today.
I recently saw a drop waist jumpsuit in an advertisement that I absolutely adored and thought to myself, why not give it a go. Although the actual inspiration jumpsuit has wide legs I wanted to go just a tad BIGGER for a more dramatic effect. Now I didn’t drop the waist as low as the inspiration but I still love the way my version turned out and I love the movement of the pants when I walk. The fabric is a green/black Zebra print that's very light which I absolutely love.
Well my lovelies I have a sick son at home with me today so I've decided to keep this post really short and sweet. I hope you all have a wonderful weekend and stay tuned for some awesome things I’m planning for the blog this summer!
Hugs
I added length to the top pattern of McCalls 6083 and widened the leg of Butterick 4807 just a tad to achieve this look!
