Hello sew family and happy almost Good Friday loves!  Well here we are wrapping up another week and I really don't know where all the time went! I'm still trying to get caught up at work, prepare some new things for the blog and get my sewing legs back.  When I tell you I’ve been busy whew have I been busy!  My head is swirling with tons of new ideas I want to share with you but pulling it all together has proven to be more than a notion.  I’ve learned that anything truly worth sharing takes effort and hard work to pull together.  Trust me when it’s all said and done and I finally open it up to my sewing family it’s going to be nothing short of EPIC! So hang tight and get ready!!

In the meantime and in between time I going to share a little ditty I draped several weeks ago and actually forgot to post here on the blog.  Many of you may recall me posting several pictures on Facebook of this top during the draping and beading process.  Well once I finished it I placed it on my mannequin and there it sat for almost two months!!! Really who finishes a project, dresses the mannequin and simply forget it’s there!  ME that’s who!  The great thing is I didn’t have time to finish any of my current projects so having this to fall back on actually worked out GREAT.  I love draping and I want to be able to share this quick and easy little project with all of you. With that being said if I can bribe someone into helping me film the tutorial this weekend I can edit it along with the other two tutorials on my desk and have them posted for you real soon! So keep your fingers crossed family! Here’s to a fabulous Easter weekend loves filled with gratitude, love and most of all family.
