"Simplicity Is The Ultimate Form Of Sophistication"
~Leonardo da Vinci~
Good morning Sewing Loves and Happy Friday! Well I finally got my cast off family but unfortunately I have this massive boot on for the next several weeks and it’s even bigger than the cast. What irony right! LOLL Well despite this massive obstruction on my leg/foot I was able to finish the project and have my husband take a few pictures once I was done. Now the trick to all this was quickly sliding the boot off, snapping a few pictures on one leg and slipping it back on before falling on my face. Of course I had to have someone on stand by just in case I started going down so my son was nominated honorary catcher. I’m sure we looked like some comedy sketch, me screaming, “Take the Shot” my husband responding “It’s still trying to focus” and my son laughing uncontrollably as he asked “Are you Okay Mom.” LOLLL
As I think about it now it was pretty hilarious but at the time it was just annoying! Nevertheless we made it through and I picked the best shots out of bunch to share with you today! Unfortunately that’s not saying much as my husband clearly didn’t take any good shots! My pants were twisted, the cape was tilted and not once did either of them tell me any of this!! SHEESH Men! Oh well they did the best they could and I love them dearly for it. Anyhoo that’s it for today family I’m off to do some celebrating and shopping! Catch you all next week!
Hugs
Shari
